Everything there was perfect and the staff were very helpful. The particularly good location was minutes away from Shuka. Btw, the airport was 0.5 miles away. It was a really really nice stay for holidays, liked it...

The hotel overlooked a courtyard and the room was freshly renovated. My room included a kitchenette area and a dining table. - I liked that the venue was a 5-minute drive from the airport. I was completely satisfied with Babulya House in Gyumri. the hotel had charming views of a courtyard and the room was recently updated. Additionally, my room featured a convenient kitchenette and dining table. Another plus was the hotel's close proximity to the airport; just a quick 5-minute drive away. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a calm area, so close to the train station and street market. Good location to attractions like Andranik, that was right next to the property. - Comfort quadruple room I stayed at was freshly renovated and modern with a kitchenette and a bathroom. - I appreciated that this hotel offered wake-up service.
